Standard Poodles

We feel so lucky to have our standard poodle Bridgett (Retniw's Bridgett 'n Red of LCM):

Bridget has produced four litters of pups for us, all sired by Rambo (Wudo-Master Le Papillon) and all of them apricot colored. Here are a couple of pups from the first litter:

The parents both have health clearances for eyes, hips, thyroid, vonWd, and SA. And these pups have had delightful dispositions! They're such smart and easy-going dogs that we've even been approached by people wanting to use them as service dogs for people with disabilities. And two adoptive families from Bridget's first litter were so happy with their pups that they came back to adopt pups from her second litter, born in January 2003. Her third litter came in February 2004.

In July 2004, we bred her again, and she's now had her fourth (and probably last) litter -- born in September 2004.

What's even cooler is that Margho, Bridgett's daughter from her first litter, conceived at the same time. Her first litter was born within 24 hours of Bridgett's fourth litter. Yep -- we have 15 pups available, in colors ranging from buff through apricot to red!!
